• How to fix?
  
  To resolve this problem, do not attempt to package an existing .pup file by using the Commerce Server Site Packager. If you want to package a Commerce Server site, do the following:
  
  1, Open the Commerce Server Manager (MMC).
  
  2, Right-click the site.
  
  3, Click All Tasks, and then click Pack Site.
