  I finally fixed it. Do the fix on this microsoft help link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/886549
  
  I found the problem for me was on the line:
   

  AppData REG_EXPAND_SZ %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming

  There was an error there. I corrected it.
