• When going through the ExpressLink wizard, I choose my General Ledger company and enter the appropriate login and password. When I click next, I do not see the segments for the GL company. Instead there is an Error 5 'Invalid Procedure Call or Argument Source: Build Segment UI Function'.
   
• How to fix?
  
  1. The DSN for the General Ledger company in FRx is a System DSN (not a User DSN) or verify that the ODBC connection is working.
  
  2. In order for ExpressLink to work, there must be a client install of FRx Reporter on the Web Server. The SysData folder does not necessarily have to be located on the Web Server, just a client install of FRx Reporter.
  
  3. If there is not an install of FRx Reporter on the Web server prior to installing ExpressLink, it is recommended to reinstall ExpressLink.
  
  a. Reinstall ExpressLink by going through the Forecaster installation process again.
  
  b. Choose Upgrade instead of a New Install and select only ExpressLink when choosing the components.
  
  c. When prompted for the location of the FRx Reporter directory, browse to the installation of FRx Reporter on the workstation.
