  This problem may occur if a host header name is specified for each entry in the default Web site.
  
  To resolve this issue, following steps:
   
  1. Open the properties of the default Web site.
  
  2. Click the Web Site tab, and then make sure that the IP Address box contains (All Unassigned).
  
  3. Click Advanced.
  
  4. In the Multiple identities for this Web Site box, make sure that an entry exists with IP Address set to (All Unassigned), TCP Port set to 80, and Host Header Name blank.
  
  5. If this is not the case, either remove the Host Header Name entry for an (All Unassigned) IP Address entry, or create a new entry with IP Address set to (All Unassigned), TCP Port set to 80, and Host Header Name left blank.
