My laptop is HP(Compaq) which has been used for 2 years, and never has the screen problems. But there are some problems on my laptop screen these days. I remembered when I started and ran my pc for about 3 hours on that day, the computer screen suddenly messed up, then I rebooted my PC ran for about 30 minutes messed up again, and couldn't open it, at last replaced a new graphics card and OK. If you have the computer screen problem, I give you some suggestion below to resolve this display problem:

• 1. Full Scan pc virus: First to check if your PC suffer from the Virus, please full scanning your computer with the Anti-virus software, if this not help, go next step.
  
   
• 2. Update Driver: Update your graphics card driver to the latest and most suitable to your system, because the incompatible and outdated graphics card driver can cause the computer screen messed, not help? go next step. And you can read our help page Why Your PC Has the Driver Error?
  
   
• 3. Cooling Problems: Remove the Memory and Video card and erase the connecting fingers with the eraser, and clean up the slot connectors. Check up the CPU and Video card heatsinks, if the heatsink doesn't work, you need to clean it and add some oil or replace it to a new one. Not Work? Go next step.
  
   
• 4. Check the cables: Check the Monitor and graphics data connection cables and make sure them connecting well. Maybe your screen problem will be fixed now, if you haven't repaired, please go next step.
  
   
• 5. Replace the graphics card: Should be the video card itself has a problem. Perhaps your graphics card burn out because of the temperature is too high, you have to change it to a new one.
