• When you insert the Note-It CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive to start Note-It Setup, you may get the error below:
  
  "Run-time error 429 OLE Automation Server can't create object."
   
• How to fix?
  
  This problem occured because the Microsoft Windows version of the Oleaut32.dll file that is installed on the computer is not compatible with the Oleaut32.dll file that Note-It attempts to install on the computer.
  
  To resolve this error, disable the Auto insert notification feature for the CD-ROM drive, and then run the Setup.exe program on the Note-It CD-ROM. To disable the Auto insert notification feature, following steps:
  
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  
  2. On the Device Manager tab, double-click CDROM, and then double-click the CD-ROM driver entry.
  
  3. On the Settings tab, click to clear the Auto insert notification check box.
  
  4. Click OK until you return to Control Panel.
  
  5. When you are prompted to restart your computer, click Yes.
