According to the blue screen code: error code 0x0000000a is caused by the memory; error code 0x00000024 is caused by TFS.SYS file (It is a driver file which allows the system to read/write and use the disk of the NTFS file system). The blue screen may be caused by physical damage of the hardware, you can try the following methods to repair this pc error:

  • Method 1: Use Windows XP system CD to repair

    First to repair the bad tracks in a hard disk and then repair the system problem, try following steps:

    1. Start the computer with the Windows XP system CD-ROM.

    2. After entering the installation interface >  Press "R" key > Then choose "1" > Enter the "password" you set during installation > Into the "C:\windows" prompt.

    3. Input "chkdsk c:\r" command, press "Enter" for testing of the disk and to find the bad sectors, and select the recover readable information, input "exit" to quit after it's finished.

    4. Exit and restart your XP computer, then test it and the stop 0x0000000a blue screen error disappears.
